The OCP becomes the cornerstone of all decision-making, ensuring that everyone in the organisation is aligned on the big-picture goals and trade-offs. This clarity empowers teams to act autonomously, seeing how their role contributes and knowing that their actions align and serve the company’s long-term vision.

Activate: Streamlining Execution Architecture

With the leadership aligned and the OCP in place, the Activate phase engages the wider enterprise. We work closely with your nominated core team to design and implement the streamlined execution architecture to align people, practices, processes, and systems with the OCP.  

Initially we spend three days with this team, helping them form, educating them on alignment, reviewing the OCP and then systematically reviewing the organisational capabilities, architecture, and management systems. The outcome is an action plan from which your execution architecture is formed over the course of the next 6 to 12 months, led by the members of the core team.

On an as needed basis, we provide fractional leadership support to guide the team with the implementation of the execution architecture and equip your organisation with the competencies, practices and commitment to sustain the alignment, allowing it to operate smoothly long after our engagement ends.
