Alignment Cubed co-founders Majid Islam and Jonathan Pearce were thrilled and proud to kick off Norwich Research Park the new series of 2025 masterclasses, being provided exclusively to members of the Entrepreneur Network.
The insightful 30-minute session, followed by an active Q&A, introduced members of the network to a new way of thinking about start-up success; Alignment Through Identity. The interactive session explored how start-ups can develop a clear organisational identity to guide decision-making and build resilient teams.
The masterclass is part of Norwich Research Park’s ongoing commitment to supporting its entrepreneurial community with practical business insights. Participants learned about identifying their strategic position and making intentional choices in a coherent, interconnected way to maintain alignment as their organisations evolve.
